ebay flaws in sale of precious art:caveat emptor!
sellers on ebay do get rated, provided they have completed transactions. several sellers sell fake or misrated art, even though hapless buyers rate them highly following a sale. why does ebay not allow evaluations to be included that are submitted because a sale did not materialize and shoudl not have materialized? buyers beware. it serves eaby right that numerous buyers are suing them!
